Large wide tasty red leaves and ribs. May be picked over a long period. During mild winters can be harvested until early Spring. Use leaves and ribs, either stir frying or boiling, or the young leaves raw in salads. Has mild spinach peppery taste. Easy to grow in any type of grown or containers.
