A French heirloom variety with large ribbed green fruit which will ripen to orange with a crisp orange flesh. Will store through the winter. This large winter storing squash makes a trailing plant which will cover the ground.

Excellent for soups, stews, roasting and baking. Can be eaten raw when cut into thin slices.
