Francis is an exceptionally early first early variety producing large, long to long-oval shaped potatoes. It has a good early dry matter allowing for nice fry colours when making chips and roast potatoes. With good disease and Blight resistance and a large, early maturing crop this makes for an early, tasty harvest from the garden.  Good for Salad, Boiled, Chipped, Roasted or Mashing.
