A cross between DESIREE and PINK FIR APPLE which produces a nutty flavoured salad potato with a shape similar to Pink Fir Apple. It will mature  earlier than Pink Fir Apple but has the same good flavour eats well hot or cold.  An easy variety to grow with a creamy flesh and smooth pink skins.
