An Italian heritage variety named after the Pizzo Redorta mountain in Bergamo, Italy. San Marzano produces good sized plum shaped fruit perfect for soups, sauces and pizzas.

San Marzano grows as a cordon, so will need side shooting and is best grown under protection but will grow outdoors.
