Mooli is a Japanese type of radish long white roots a crisp, mild flavoured flesh. Can be used in salads or added to stir-fry.

Sow from June to September thinly in shallow drills 1cm deep with 30cm between the rows.

During hot weather water the base of the seed drills first before sowing and cover with dry soil.
